Trial, cancellation, invoices.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You enter your card details at the start and get access to everything for 14 days without paying. Three days before the end you get a reminder email; if you don’t cancel, you’ll be charged €29 + VAT. You can cancel through the customer portal.
Can I pay once a year?
For now only monthly.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Card only. The invoice is automatic; with a VAT number and recipient code the Italian electronic invoice arrives too.
Is the Championship add-on really paid only once?
Yes: it stays with the club and never expires. The Standard plan just needs to be active, because a championship without tournaments wouldn’t make sense.
What happens to my tournaments if I cancel?
The tournaments stay and their public pages stay reachable. To create new ones or edit them you need to reactivate the plan.
Is there a free plan for clubs?
No. It would mean ads on tournament pages or features cut on purpose. For players, on the other hand, Rankly is free.
Refunds?
If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. After the first charge the current month isn’t refunded, but you can cancel straight away to avoid the renewal.
