Everything a competition day needs.
From registration to the podium, from your phone. Every piece comes from a real tournament problem: who’s here, who’s playing now, at which table, who’s in the lead.
Spots gone in a minute? No problem.
The link goes in the club’s group chat. Once the spots are full people join the waiting list, and nobody is left out by mistake.
- A waiting list that moves up by itself when someone withdraws
- Spots held for staff, to hand to the real people without losing their place
- A parent registers their child without opening an account for them
- Check-in at the desk: who’s here, who wasn’t on the list, fees collected
- A ticket with a QR code to get in faster
You choose the format, Rankly does the maths.
Swiss, round robin, single and double elimination, even one after the other. Pairings come out by themselves and the best move on to the next phase.
- Pairings without rematches and groups made from the players who showed up
- Tiebreakers of your choice, and the standings say who’s ahead and why
- Matches for 3rd place and, if you want, down to 8th
- Choose the points target for each match, with a higher target for finals
- Matches called to tables automatically, with one table per group or shared tables

Film, replay, score: one single screen.
The referee films the match and, if a point is doubtful, replays it in slow motion without leaving Rankly. Then one tap on the finish and the score is live.
- One button per finish, big, to use standing at the table
- Slow motion on the spot; the video stays on the referee’s phone
- Fouls and matches lost by forfeit
- Without referees, organisers or players report the results
On stream, like on TV.
The public tournament page updates by itself: people watching from home and people in the hall see the same score. For streaming there are graphics to put in OBS.
- Tournament page on the phone and on the projector in the hall
- Score, head-to-head, standings and next matches over your footage
- Every finish explodes full screen
- Panel for commentators and Twitch inside the page
- The tournament page inside the club’s website too
LIVEEvery tournament in its own outfit.
Halloween, Christmas, the seaside in summer, Arcade or the club’s colours: the tournament page changes colours, graphics and atmosphere. Scores and brackets always stay readable, and holiday themes are only available for tournaments close to the corresponding holiday. Try them below.

The evening ends with a story.
Once the tournament closes you keep everyone’s standings, the night’s finish types, the closest match and the awards: the Champion, the Destroyer, the Extreme King.
- On the tournament page, ready to share
- Standings downloadable as CSV from the dashboard
- Every player finds their numbers on their profile

One more reason to come back.
Every player has a board of more than 120 achievements that fills up by itself, tournament after tournament: wins, comebacks, finishes, Swiss, brackets, championships. There are some for referees and organisers too, like Whistle, The Final Signature and Let’s Begin.
- No work for the club: they’re counted automatically
- Whoever gets one shares it in their stories, with the club tagged
- The public sees everyone’s board on their profile

Many tournaments, one season.
A championship brings the legs together: points standings with drop scores and thresholds, or qualification for the final with repechage. A federation gathers its affiliated clubs’ tournaments, and every club has its own page and dashboard.
- Points per placing and leg categories decided by you
- The rules written plainly on the championship page
- Standings updated at every closed leg
- Affiliated clubs with their own page, logo and staff

No more shouting names: Rankly tells them.
Each round’s pairings and the results go out in the tournament channel. Whoever has linked Telegram gets a personal notice, with the table and the opponent.
- A tournament channel that updates itself, from opening to podium
- "Your turn" only when the table is really free
- A club can use its federation’s channel
Bring your tournaments, don’t start from scratch.
